Christophe Dolique joined Ingenico in June 2007, from Gemalto where, as Senior VP Telecom Strategy and Marketing, he redefined the strategy and positioning in the telco/wireless space and its related marketing offer. Prior to this, he held the VP Strategic Business Development and Global Accounts position at Sybase 365, a leading global provider of network services and mobile payments (1999-2005). At Oberthur Card Systems (1997-1999), Christophe Dolique was successively Business Director of the GSM Unit, and Head of Product Marketing & Business Development. He also held Sales management positions at Philips Business Communication Division (1995-1997) and IBM France (1986-1991).
Within Ingenico, Christophe Dolique is SVP innovation. He is in charge, of Global Partnerships, Business Development and Innovation. Aged 46, Christophe Dolique holds a Master in Information Technology (Montpellier, 1989).
Dr. Malte Krueger works as a consultant for the PaySys Consultancy GmbH (Frankfurt) and has been visiting lecturer at the University of Karlsruhe since 2004. He holds a Ph.D. in economics from the Universität Köln (Germany) and has worked as a research fellow for the Bank of Spain, the University of Western Ontario, the University of Durham and the European Commission. Dr. Krueger has published widely in academic and industry journals on retail payments, foreign exchange markets and monetary policy.
Fred Bar is Managing Director of Euro Services at VocaLink. Fred’s responsibilities include the business management of VocaLink’s Euro clearings service offering and the development of value added services.
Prior to his current role, Fred worked as a strategy consultant with the EBA Clearing in Paris and Brussels. Previously he served as Executive Vice President at Equens, the Dutch payments service provider where he had overall responsibility for marketing, sales and business development. During his 8 years at Equens/Interpay, he led the clearing house business unit and the e-purse business unit.
Before joining Interpay, he held management positions at KPN Mobile Telecom, Digital Equipment Corporation and Royal Dutch Shell.
Fred, a Dutch national, is married with 4 children and splits his time between the Netherlands and the UK.
Lars Tebrügge is working for EAPS since January 2009 in Brussels as a Business Advisor. His duties are the coordination of all business, legal and communication related aspects. Before that he was active for the association of commercial banks in Germany (BdB) and was member of various committees within ZKA, such as the Steering Committee for Payment Systems and the Committee for International Card Strategies. After receiving the qualification as a lawyer Lars Tebrügge started his career as a project specialist at Commerzbank in the area of online banking and card payments.
Bernard Dutreuil joined the French Banking Federation mid-2001 after different business and marketing responsibilities in organisation, payments and banking in BNP Paribas. He is Head of the FBF Systems and means of payment Department and participates to EPC activities.
The French banking community brings its support to Monnet initiative for creating a European scheme for SEPA cards.
After he graduated from Industrial Engineering Department of Bilkent University, Ankara, he started working at Advantage Card Project, first multi-branded credit card project of Turkey, as a Marketing Specialist. In 2001, he started working at Yapi Kredi Bank, the leader bank in both Issuing and Acquiring Business. He pursued different positions in the bank like Head of Portfolio Management, Head of Issuing Marketing. He is currently leading the Marketing Department of Issuing and Acquiring Business. During his professional career, he had a MBA Degree from Bogaziçi University, Istanbul.
With 15 years of experience in transactional banking and payments, Pierre has acquired a management track record in Product Marketing, Product Development, and Operations & IT management.Pierre has worked in both the wholesale payment industry (Chase Manhattan Bank and Deutsche Bank Head Office) and the retail card payments industry (MasterCard and Global Head of Card at Fortis Group). Pierre has been member of the board of Banksys, Eufiserv, VPay and President of the Bancontact/MisterCash board. Pierre is in charge at PayFair of Marketing and Product development. As such he is the “architect” of the set-up of the PayFair scheme. From education, Pierre has an engineering degree from the Ecole Polytechnique of Brussels and a Master from Boston University. He is 39 years old, married and father of 4 children.
Gérard de Moura is Managing Director of GALITT, a company focusing on consulting and value-added services related to secure e-transactions, being the French EPCA member. Gérard is also the President of GALITT US and GALITT Canada. For over 20 years, Gérard has been servicing the card and payment industry, both as a senior consultant and as the manager of the GALITT test tool activities. He has been involved in major payment projects in Europe and abroad. He started his career in the IT department of at Habitat France (retail), then joined the French Groupement Carte Bleue as Director for strategic studies, before a Partner at O.I.C., a consulting company dedicated to the retail and card industry
Sarah Jones is currently Head of Strategic Business Development, for Bottomline Technologies. Formerly, Sarah was Director of European Treasury at HP where she was responsible for all aspects of Treasury and banking relationships across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. She was Chairperson of TWIST’s Corporate Reference Council for a number of years and is a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
Régis has over 15 years experience in management consulting, financial services and IT services. He is now managing Atos Worldline’s product strategy and marketing for the Payment and Financial Markets domains, especially focusing on bringing new, innovative offers to the market.
