Pricing
The delegate full conference fee is € 1.895,- (excl VAT) including lunches, refreshments, documentation and the evening at the Disneypark on 23 March. Participation without the pre-conference expert briefing is € 1.695,- (excl. VAT).
Location
The location of the 9th international EPCA conference will be in Hotel Newport Bay Club Convention Center, Disneyland Paris, France.
For the EPCA conference we have made a special price arrangement for your stay in two of the Disneyland hotels.
At Disney's Newport Bay Club (situated next to the convention center) the room rate is €122,00 per night.
At Disney's Sequoia Lodge® (situated at a 5 minute walk to the convention center) the room rate is €109,00 per night.
The room rates include continental breakfast (served in the restaurant of the hotel), exclude local hotel occupancy tax (per person and per night) to be paid directly at the hotel.

Note: After March 1st, 2010 reservations will be granted upon availability only. The special conference rates arrangement on hotel room reservation ends on March 14th, 2010.
